| DESCRIPTION: |
There are 365 chances to win more than $20,000 in prizes while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Each month, this calendar focuses on a different topic, beginning in March with Mental Retardation Awareness month. On the first of each month, $250 prizes will be awarded while $50 prizes will be awarded the other 353 days of the year. Winners are determined by matching a randomly drawn number to the four-digit ticket number and will be awarded March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008. |

Payment will be automatically mailed to the winners. The winning
number is determined by a four-digit number based on the Pennsylvania State Lottery Big 4
(DAY) drawing located at www.palottery.state.pa.us
